By accessing the https://csight.co/ website and the linked cSight App (IOS AND ANDROID) or accessing, downloading, using or clicking 'I agree' on any of the services provided by Arde Yazilim, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. In addition, when using some features, you may be subject to certain additional terms and conditions that apply to those features. If you do not agree to all of these terms of use, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must immediately terminate use.
This cSight application and https://csight.co/ website User Agreement ('Agreement') between Arde Yazılım Araştırma Ve Geliştirme Pazarlama A.Ş. ('Arde Yazılım') and csight. co website, any media, application and platform ('Platform') developed, published or operated by Arde Yazılım, such as the cSight Application, as a member or, if possible, without being a member according to the features of the relevant Platform, the user ('User' or 'you') who uses, accesses and uses the content, products and services made available on these Platforms ('User' or 'you'), to be effective from the moment of execution of the actions or transactions listed in this article.
This cSight application and https://csight.co/ website User Agreement ('Agreement') between Arde Yazılım Araştırma Ve Geliştirme Pazarlama A.Ş. ('Arde Yazılım') and csight. co website, any media, application and platform ('Platform') developed, published or operated by Arde Yazılım, such as the cSight Application, as a member or, if possible, without being a member according to the features of the relevant Platform, the user ('User' or 'you') who uses, accesses and uses the content, products and services made available on these Platforms ('User' or 'you'), to be effective from the moment of execution of the actions or transactions listed in this article.

3.3 cSight: Üniversiteler Mah. İhsan Doğramacı Bul. No:31 Interior Door No: 48 ÇANKAYA/ANKARA It is a Cryptocurrency Portfolio Tracking application developed by ARDE YAZILIM ARAŞTIRMA GELİŞME VE PAZARLAMA A.Ş.
3.4 User: means the natural persons who have approved the User Agreement in the cSight Application and on the page https://csight.co/.
3.5 Cryptocurrency: Digital values designed as an alternative medium of exchange for cryptographic/encrypted secure transactions and cash are called cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies are alternative currencies, digital and at the same time virtual money. Unlike centralised electronic money and banking systems, cryptocurrencies are decentralised and controlled by BlockChain transaction databases. It is recognised by cSight that users know and understand the characteristics of cryptocurrencies
3.6 Digital Wallet: It is the name given to the computer file that holds crypto asset addresses and their passwords. Crypto assets can be transferred between addresses. These crypto asset addresses are randomly generated cryptographic public key pairs.
3.7 Platform: means https://csight.co/ website and mobile applications (cSight App) of Arde Software that provide service based on Android and IOS operating systems.
3.8 Portfolio-Portfolio Management: Portfolio refers to the sum total of financial assets owned by a person or organisation. These assets may generally consist of various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, commodities, real estate and other investment instruments. Portfolio management is the process of effectively managing and optimising these financial assets.
3.9 API KEY: Generally, a crypto exchange's API key is used to programmatically access a user's own account. This can be used by trading bots or other applications with automated trading strategies.
4.1 Intellectual Property Rights : The owner of all services, domain names, software codes, interfaces, contents, product reviews, videos, algorithms, drawings, models, designs and all other intellectual property rights (excluding the content and applications provided by third parties) of Arde Yazılım's cSight service is Arde Yazılım Araştırma Ve Geliştirme Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi. The software, design and copyrights of the services offered belong entirely to Arde Yazılım. Copying, reproduction and dissemination of the services and services, the pages linked to it, as well as reverse engineering processes are not permitted in any way. In the event that the user acts in a way that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties or Arde Software, the user is obliged to indemnify Arde Software and/or the third party in question for all direct and indirect damages and expenses.
4.2 The user may not transfer or sell his/her account, obligations and rights to third parties, and may not allow anyone else to use his/her membership under any name whatsoever. In this case, cSight has the right to cancel, stop, suspend the user's account. cSight's exercise of these rights, the user agrees to irrevocably waive all rights. The user is responsible for all damages incurred under this article and all criminal sanctions belong to the user.
4.3 The user becomes a member by accessing the website or by downloading the cSight application from any platform or by logging in to the platform or by filling out the registration form provided on cSight's membership page, having accepted that he/she understands this User Agreement. The user registers with the username, e-mail and password during registration on websites, applications or any platform published by Arde Software. In case of any change regarding this information, it agrees to notify cSight of the change without delay. The use of the Services is conditional upon the approval of this Agreement. The user is responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the information provided while becoming a member of the platform, as well as the protection of the password and username, and not sharing them with other persons. In the event that this information is obtained by third parties or unauthorised use of the Services, all transactions made by the user shall be deemed to have been made by the user. The user accepts, declares and undertakes that the responsibility arising from these transactions belongs to him/her in advance, that he/she cannot assert any defence and/or objection that he/she did not perform the transactions carried out in this way and/or cannot avoid fulfilling his/her obligations based on this defence or objection. Arde Software does not accept any responsibility in this case.
4.4 The User agrees that he/she shall not hold Arde Software strictly liable in case his/her membership is not approved and/or terminated due to his/her failure to provide the required information and documents when requested and/or to update the required information and documents immediately. The user shall be responsible for all damages, including reflection damages that Arde Software may incur due to the incomplete or untrue provision of the information provided by the user to the cSight application / Site belonging to Arde Software or outdated / outdated. The user hereby agrees that Arde Software has the right to review and evaluate the accounts of all users at any time and to request new documents from users. The user also agrees that the services provided by Arde Software may be temporarily or permanently suspended and the limits of these services provided may be changed as a result of these examinations by Arde Software and the information provided by the user during the membership phase and the evaluation of the documents requested in case of further need. Arde Software may always freeze or cancel the accounts of users who are found to be in violation of one or more of the conditions in the annexes of this contract and the contract. The final decision on this matter always belongs to Arde Software. The data shared by the user during the membership application phase are collected and processed by Arde Software in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the 'KVKK Policy' text. The user cannot transfer or sell his/her account and rights to third parties, and cannot allow anyone else to use his/her membership under any name or name. In such a case, cSight will have the right to cancel, stop, suspend the account of the relevant user without notice.
4.5 Arde Software managers, employees and the persons who prepared the information on this site have no legal and criminal liability for any damages and / or losses arising or to arise from the fault of the Site or cSight application, the user.
4.6 Users may only perform transactions on the site and application for lawful purposes. In case it is realised that the users perform unlawful transactions, Arde Software is not responsible in any way, and Arde Software has the right to take all kinds of legal remedies and take necessary security measures.
4.7 The legal and criminal responsibility for every transaction and action taken by the users using the services received on the https://csight.co/ Site or cSight application belongs to them. Arde Software has no legal or administrative responsibility.
4.8 Users fill out a membership form to have an account on the site or application (e-mail, username and password.) You will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, withdraw or modify your chosen username if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
4.9 cSight provides support services only through the e-mail address info@csight.co. cSight does not provide support services to its users via a method other than this e-mail address, does not ask for a password in support correspondence, and does not provide a cryptocurrency address for users to send cryptocurrency. This issue is a notification and cSight cannot be held responsible for any damages and losses suffered or likely to be suffered by its users due to an e-mail sent from an address other than the e-mail address mentioned.
4.10 Users must ensure the security of their own accounts. The recommended security measures are to use a strong password, not to share the username and password in any way, and to use the password used when registering for the application only in the cSight application.
4.11 Arde Software is a completely independent company from similar crypto asset platforms and intermediary financial institutions and is not a representative of any company, internet platform or institution. It does not co-operate with any company. For this reason, users cannot hold Arde Software responsible for any victimisation they experience through other similar platforms. Arde Software may distribute rewards to its users through exchanges within the framework of the campaign. Various platforms may mediate in this distribution process, users cannot hold Arde Software responsible for any victimisation that may arise from intermediary platforms during the distribution process. If it is detected that there is cheating in the campaigns organised by Arde Software, Arde Software will close the account of the detected user without question without giving information and the user accepts this. The User accepts that if cSight detects that the user has opened more than one fake account in the cSight application and cheated on the rewards and campaigns in the application or has artificially expanded the reference pool, their account will be closed indefinitely, without question.
4.12 Arde Software does not undertake that the use of the platform is uninterrupted and error-free. Although the Company aims to make the platform accessible and usable 24/7, it does not guarantee the operability and accessibility of the systems that provide access to the platform.
4.13 Failure by Arde Software to use the rights and authorisations specified in this agreement at the time of their birth does not mean that these rights and authorisations and their use are waived, even implicitly. Arde Software is entitled to use these rights and authorisations at any time in accordance with the legislation.
4.14 Arde Software cannot be held responsible in any way for technical failures that may occur in cSight App and https://csight.co/ website. Arde Software cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise or may arise directly or indirectly due to short-term or long-term technical failures.
4.15 Arde Software will communicate with the User via the e-mail address provided by the User when registering. The User is obliged to keep his/her e-mail address up to date. In case of any change in the information provided during the conclusion of this Agreement, such information shall be updated immediately. Arde Software shall not be liable for any incomplete or untrue provision or outdated information.
4.16 Arde Software may change all terms and conditions contained in this contract without prior notice. However, changes will be announced on the site. Arde Software user has accepted these information methods by signing this contract. By accepting this contract, the user declares and undertakes that he / she accepts these changes to be made by Arde Software in advance to be effective for the past. When this agreement is published on the site by Arde Software, it becomes valid retrospectively and in a way that covers all old / new Users.
4.17 In case of disrespectful and insulting behaviour of the Users in verbal and written communication with cSight, cSight reserves the right to freeze, close the User account and take legal action. In addition, as a user, you agree not to:
4.17.1 Trick, defraud or mislead us or other users in any attempt to learn sensitive account information, such as User passwords.
4.17.2 circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or application.
4.17.3 Use any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse or harm another person.
4.17.4 Do not use our support services inappropriately or submit false reports of abuse or misuse.
4.17.5 Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use another user's username.
4.17.6 Harass, harass, intimidate or threaten our employees or agents who provide you with any part of the Site and application.
4.17.7 copy or adapt the software of the Site, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript or other code.
4.17.8 Use, launch, develop or deploy any automated system, including but not limited to any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper or offline reader that accesses the Site, unless as a result of the use of a standard search engine or Internet browser, or the use or launch of any unauthorised script or other software.
In disputes arising from the use of the cSight application belonging to Arde Software and https://csight.co/ Site and/or regarding the terms and conditions contained in the legal notice and/or in connection with this Site, this User Agreement and the Law of the Republic of Turkey are essential and Ankara Courts are authorised.
Arde Software has the unilateral right to change and update all terms and conditions contained in this legal notice without prior notice.
By entering any page of Arde Software's website https://csight.co/ or by using Arde Software's cSight mobile application or by starting to use any other platform, you accept, declare and undertake that you have read the entire User Agreement, that you understand its content in its entirety and that you approve all its provisions. Users who do not accept the terms of the User Agreement should not use the platforms and the services provided through the platforms. Otherwise, Arde Software cannot be held responsible for any damages that have arisen or will arise.
8.1 By accepting this Agreement, the User is deemed to have read and accepted all statements made and all statements to be made hereafter.
8.2 In the event that the site is used by the User for unlawful purposes or made available to another person, the User is responsible for any consequences arising in accordance with this Agreement. It accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not hold Arde Software responsible in this regard. Due to the freezing, permanent or temporary deletion, suspension, etc. of the user's account by Arde Software, Arde Software has the right to prohibit this person from re-opening an account indefinitely.
8.3 With the acceptance of this agreement, the user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the laws and all legislation of the Republic of Turkey. Arde Software has the right and authority to share all information of the user with the competent authorities when it detects illegal use. This does not constitute a breach of confidentiality and Arde Software cannot be held liable.
8.4 The User undertakes that he/she will not use the name and/or logo of Arde Software, Arde Software's cSight application and https://csight.co/ site to make posts that defame the name of Arde Software, Arde Software's cSight application and https://csight.co/ site, damage its commercial reputation or create unfair competition. This commitment covers all social media authorities, including all kinds of written and visual media. In the event that a violation of this article is detected, Arde Software retains the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, block, suspend or completely delete the user's account without prior notice. In addition, Arde Software shall exercise all rights of indemnification against the user for breach of this article. The user accepts, declares and undertakes that he waives all rights of objection and claim in advance due to the application of this article.
8.5 Arde Software has the right to temporarily or permanently close the accounts of users who use expressions contrary to the rules of general morality and honesty in their correspondence via the info@csight.co contact centre and to suspend, freeze or permanently close the accounts of these users. In cases where Arde Software applies this article within the framework of honesty and good faith rules, Arde Software's legal and criminal liability cannot be claimed.
8.6 Although it is determined by Arde Software that any article or articles in this Agreement have been violated by the User, the fact that Arde Software does not terminate the Agreement and does not take legal action against the User cannot be interpreted as a waiver of these rights by Arde Software. All rights of Arde Software against these detected violations are reserved.
9.1 The user may request the complete closure of his/her account at any time without giving any reason. This request can be sent via info@csight.co by specifying the user name from the e-mail address to which it is registered. Upon this request to be submitted by the User, the User's account will be closed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
9.2 The account transaction details and data of the user whose account is closed in accordance with legal regulations and legitimate interests of Arde Software will continue to be stored by Arde Software for the periods stipulated by law.
Arde Software provides support services for the cSight application and https://csight.co/ website only via the (info@csight.co) e-mail address. It does not provide support services to its users with a method other than this e-mail address, does not ask for a password in support correspondence, does not notify a cryptocurrency address for users to send cryptocurrency. This issue is in the nature of a notification, and Arde Software cannot be held responsible for any damages and losses suffered or likely to be suffered by its users due to an e-mail sent from an address other than the e-mail address mentioned.
If ARDE SOFTWARE fails to perform its obligations arising from this Agreement, including but not limited to the following circumstances, ARDE SOFTWARE shall not be held liable for delayed or prevented performance and this shall not be considered as a breach of the Agreement:
11.1 Insurrection, embargo, state intervention, riot, invasion, occupation, war, mobilisation, strike, lockout, industrial action or boycott,
11.2 Cyber attacks, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, improvement or renewal works related to the system and failures that may occur for this reason,
11.3 Power failure, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, migration, epidemic or other natural disaster,
11.4 Legal and administrative regulations, prohibitions or restrictions imposed by legal regulations,
11.5 other events beyond rde Software's control, not due to its fault and not reasonably foreseeable.
12.1 You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our Services. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the App. (The pricing page is available by downloading the App from the App Store and Google Play Store).
12.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.
12.3 cSight offers 3 packages to its users. You can access the membership plan from https://csight.co/ or by downloading the cSight application from the App Store and Android Play. (Free, Monthly Pro and Annual Pro membership...) The accounts of users who do not renew the pro package are automatically converted to the free plan within 14 days and the pro membership advantages are cancelled.
13.1 This User Agreement has entered into force from the moment it is approved by the user by reading and fully understanding all its articles and approving it electronically.
13.2 Users who do not accept the terms of this User Agreement should not use the platforms and the services provided through the platforms. Otherwise, Arde Software cannot be held responsible for any damages that have arisen or will arise.
