This agreement regulates the conditions for cSight mobile application users to earn XP points by completing in-application tasks and to obtain various rewards by opening the products in the Gift Box and Cards section with these points.
Users must be a member of the application in order to participate in the cSight campaign.
Users must have the required XP to participate in the campaign.
The campaign will start on 01 March 2024 and will continue until 01 March 2025.
Prizes are in the form of gift boxes and digital cards and are not part of a raffle or lottery.
Gift boxes and digital cards may contain products of contracted companies and global coins.
Users can open the gift box by accepting the terms and conditions of the application.
Restricted, suspended or blocked accounts cannot benefit from the campaign.
There is no charge to unlock products; users can unlock them according to their XP.
cSight reserves the right to make changes to gift boxes and cards.
Gifts are subject to change without prior notice. Users cannot change the gifts they have won.
The gifts are distributed automatically using an algorithm based on statistical models.
The distribution of gifts depends on the conditions inside the boxes. Users who do not comply with these conditions cannot benefit from the gifts.
Gift distribution will be transferred to users' wallets after exceeding a certain amount. Arde Software reserves the right to change the content and terms of the campaign rewards without prior notice.
During the campaign period, users with 'Pro Membership' will be entitled to withdraw when they accumulate a specified amount of gift coins. This amount is set to be lower than the amount that 'Free Package' users need to accumulate, so that 'Pro Membership' owners can benefit from the campaign in a more advantageous way. Arde Software reserves the right to make changes in this information and details at any time and in any way it wishes.
Gift contents cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with other gifts.
Gift distribution will be carried out by transferring to users' wallets within 15 business days.
Arde Software does not accept responsibility for technical problems that may arise from the participant's device or internet connection. If it is determined that the participants manipulate the system or the campaign in any way, the right of evaluation and cancellation belongs to Arde Software.
Arde Software reserves the right to make changes, updates and corrections to the Participation Agreement.
